Makes 1-1/2 cups of dressing.

Most store-bought salad dressings are loaded with sugar, which in our opinion kind of defeats the purpose of a salad, so we wanted to present you with a dressing that will nourish your body and delight your taste buds at the same time!

This delicious salad dressing is sweetened only with honey and packed with healthy ingredients like Balsamic Vinegar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic, and of course our Organic Cold Pressed Pumpkin Seed Oil and Camelina Seed Oil (optional) which can be found here and here.

The flavor is savory with a subtle tanginess, not overpowering, and just the right amount of sweetness. Your body will recognize it's just been fed a plethora of essential nutrients but your taste buds will have their doubts, wondering if this is not the same dressing we had at Olive Garden last week.

This recipe will store in the fridge so feel free to whip up a double batch and keep it on hand to use whenever the occasion arises.

Ingredients:

• 3 tbls. Camelina Seed Oil (opt.)

• 1/3c Balsamic Vinegar

• 3 tbls. Apple Cider Vinegar

• 3 tbls. Lemon

•1 tbls. Raw Honey

• 1 tbls. Mustard

• 3 cloves of Garlic

• 1 tsp. Salt

• 1 tsp. Pepper

• 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning

Now let's put it all together!...

Preparation could not be easier on this one!

Simply add all your ingredients to the blender and blend for about 1 min.

Pour any leftovers into a mason jar or a glass dressing bottle and store in the fridge.
